I had a leaking roof that was causing damaged to the apartment..Management and maintenance handled it well and in a professional way.. Might I also add this is a great place for children.. Very quiet.. No violence or drugs in the neighborhood and great place to live..

I was in search of a 3 bedroom. After reading the mixed reviews, I wanted to see for myself. I was greeted in the rental office by Jennifer who was very knowledgeable about the property. She answered every question. We are in the community know and loving our new apartment!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

Its horrible now. Its very sad and unfortunate. Burned out entire buildings. Just really really not a good living place.
They should be. Arcadian Apts are just disgusting.

They have flat and townhouses one bedroom so it depends on your preference. I was in a 1 bedroom townhouse which is cheaper than the flat I suppose. I paid $570 and $300 for deposit. The fee and rent varies now.
yes but you don't wan't to live here, they moved me into an unfinished apartment after i waited 3 months. They have been total jerks, and make up dates they will fix the many many issues. but never do. the office can't be called, and if you go down there in person they literally make up random lies to make you go away.
