Love love love living here! Apartment was ready at move in! I love the Leasing office staff! Manager is hands on, knows all her residents, and will do what she tells you she is goin to do! Maintenance is warm and kind and does his best to get any maintenance issue resolved quickly! I love the location and accessibility to the highway. Couldn't ask for more! So grateful for the manager and her staff!

Moved out end of December with notice given. The one time I have been able to talk to someone at the office around 1.20.18 said that she looked a the apartment a couple of days ago and I would receive my full $400.00 dollars back because I did a great clean-up. This 3.27.18 and still have not received my deposit back no one answers the phone.

Love the neighborhood but the apartments are old and maintenance could be faster at fixing things

Writing this review under my fiancés account. We moved here because of affordable pricing and the neighborhood is quite. The experience is okay but the apartments are very old. The biggest problem is that the main office is very unorganized. Had toilet issues an EMERGENCY issue and the EMERGENCY staff put off the problem until the next morning at 7 am. When the next morning came, 7,8,9 went by still no mantience man. Finally the mantience man got here at 10 am. A couple days later, my fiancé ordered something in the mail and it was sent to the main office, when we called to see if it was there, they said it wasn't. My fiancé had to go to the post office only to find out it was at the main office. Like I said the apartments are okay but they are VERY OLD and the main office is unorganized.
