I have lived at Foxcreek for 11 months and I must say I LOVE IT HERE. Heather and Dinah are really nice. They solve problems as soon as they arise. I enjoy living here because it’s quiet, peaceful and the location is perfect for my job, the mall and close to my relatives. The maintenance crew is really helpful and friendly. I have not had a bad experience with the staff or my apartment.

My family and I love living here. It's quiet, the neighbors are decent and polite, maintenance is on it, and the office management are a pleasure to work with. Add in that the apartments are clean, updated, and pet friendly, along with included water, sewer, trash, and cable... there are so many possibilities!!

Foxcreek has nice sized apartments. The ladies in the office are very kind and are quick to respond to minor issues. And the free cable is a bonus!

Water, trash, sewage, free cable (including HBO and other extra channels like that), and there's a pool and playground. I don't think I forgot anything...all I pay for is internet and electricity along with the rent. If I remember anything else I'll edit this response.
$680-$700 may wanna call to know exact pricing pretty good deal you get cable and water included. 👍
Hi Mr. Fisher, as part of our application process we check several things. First, we require a gross income of at least 3 times the rental rate so we ask that applicants bring one month's income verification. Next, we check the applicant's credit score which must be at least a 500 or no credit at all. We also check rental history and criminal background. I pay 515. I have 2 Chihuahua 20. month for them. Cannot remember about deposit. But you have to get apt. Insurance with them.
