Hi Mr. Fisher, as part of our application process we check several things. First, we require a gross income of at least 3 times the rental rate so we ask that applicants bring one month's income verification. Next, we check the applicant's credit score which must be at least a 500 or no credit at all. We also check rental history and criminal background.
