I have a serious complaint with your website and forwarding this to your department manager would be much appreciated. I have tried to pay the $25 parking ticket before the 20 days online was due but was not able to do so due to the fact the parking ticket was not registered in the system, although I have evidence to appeal this. After around June 19-20, I have finally got the attachment on the website and will not allow me to appeal. Seriously, please fix your website as soon as possible. The reason why I want to appeal is because on May 29, 2022 I have paid for parking but have not realized that I forgot to put it on the windshield. One of the areas I have parked at Harold Parker State Park did not mention clearly that I had to put a proof of payment for parking (I paid for parking at Great Brook State Farm). PLEASE FIX YOUR WEBSITE AND PUT MORE CLEAR SIGNAGES IN YOUR PARK FOR THE SAKE OF OUR CITIZENS PLEASE!!!

Nice job ruining a state landmark by barricading it away from the public. Bash Bish Falls will never be the same because of you. People who hold memories here will never be able to re visit the moment they once had. Engagements, times with passed loved ones, children, etc. completely taken away. Oh but wait! You can “experience” the falls from yards away over a disgusting metal fence. How nice! Disgraceful.
