Service was bad

I arrived at the opening of the salon promptly at 8:30 am on Saturday (right at opening) and was told the wait was 10 minutes. I wanted a fill in , 3 people were working and 2 people were waiting. I waited 20 minutes and no progress was made. This coupled with cheap brand gel and powders is enough to never come back. Poor time management and cheap supplies are inexcusable. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I walk in, I let the lady know that I wanted a pedicure, and she had me sit down and wait for the next technician, but other people came in after I did and got in that pedicure chair before I did and I was there 10 minutes earlier than them! Poor customer service and overcrowded! I'm in another nail salon around the corner from them and I am in the pedicure chair as we speak! And as for the owner responding days later, Train your people to do customer service and talk to your customers and make them feel wanted! I felt like you didn't want me there! That's insulting to me because I was spending my hard earned money in your business!
