As far as getting blood drawn this was a flawless experience. Went for a 1 year routine blood work for my daughter and it was an efficient, helpful, and smooth experience. I was nervous as this was her first blood draw since giving birth to her at the hospital. The tech was great with getting her acclimated. It was a good team effort to keep my daughter calm (obviously there were tears, but understandable so). I appreciate the effort and care, thank you.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The website allowed me to book a 3 hour glucose test at 10am without stating they close at 11am. I arrived and did the mobile check in as prompted and the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and instead of explaining nicely and saying I could reschedule was shouting at me for coming in 2 minutes after they texted me that “they were ready to see me”. I will never be back to this location. Not sure what her name was but she had an Indian accent. Terrible experience
