I could ask to be sure but I can tell you, I have lived in Cape Girardeau for just under 10 years and it has been there as at least as long as I have been here.
I think they are 25. I am not sure about senior citizen discounts. If you check the cape first app or website there should be more information.
Hi Marsha. Try calling the Cape First office if they cant help there is services that may be able too. Try salvation army, red star Baptist, cape lacroix.. you can message me personally on fb to see if I can think of anywhere else..
