We went to the store on Bryant Irvin road and spent some time looking for a couch.. Once we filled out all the paperwork and they set a delivery date, they ended up delivering the wrong couch. We had purchased a warranty on a previous couch and and they credited us that amount towards this couch. But once the wrong couch was delivered and we refused the order they told us that we were unable to unable to get that credit issued back. We went back up to the store and worked with the store manager and the original salesperson and just seemed to get a run around about getting a little bit of discount off of multiple purchases.. I've never really had a good experience with them and ended up going to Home zone and got a much better deal & fast delivery.

Working with Jen was far and away the best experience we have ever had buying furniture. She was extremely patient and worked with us over several weeks, and not once did we feel pressured to buy anything. We will definitely be using her for our future furniture needs.
