I almost gave up on Ashley because when I initially called because the first associate couldn’t help me. I ended up calling back because I had another question after the fact, but the phone just rang and rang. No answer. I waited a couple days and thought I’d give them 1 more chance. Thank God I did! I got Dalton on the phone and he was amazing. I am moving to DFW from out of state so I was stressed and trying to get my furniture ordered before I arrived. He made it so easy and was super nice. I will be back at Ashley to order more and I will only work with Dalton!

I bought a couch 3 years ago along with the extended warranty. The couch and recliner mechanisms were so poorly made the frame (Made of compressed wood) snapped in half and the recliner mechanism will not shut. I submitted a claim through my warranty and after a nearly 2 month run around of me having to call multiple numbers to even get an update on my technician visit, I find out that the frame and recliner mechanism are not covered by the warranty. So the largest part outside of the fabric is not covered? The quality of their furniture has heavily declined and I am so upset. I still use furniture purchased 15 years ago from there that is made better than something I purchased 3 years ago. Your outsourced warranty is a joke and your furniture is so cheaply made.
