Tanaiya and Lucy guided me through an extremely frustrating return experience today. I arrived at the store already frazzled from a long day. They were so kind, upbeat and professional, and very competent. It took us an hour before they ultimately succeeded. If I hadn't had their help, it would have never happened! During that time, they both deftly waited on other customers so that no one was frustrated in a non-moving line and left happy. I've never had such a great customer service experience anywhere else!
