Worst costumer service ever!! Made an apt for my daughter to get her permit We were EARLY! There was still 35 ppl ahead of us in our letter and they still took more #s ahead. You will see if you make an apt toward the end of the day they work very fast cause they wanna go home! THIS IS HOW YOU SHOULD WORK ALL DAY! Not just at the end of the day. The whole purpose of making appointments was for Covid at this point is still dysfunctional and unnecessary to sit for hours. I see more people in the back sitting around and talking to each other rather than trying to get people back to their lives. This is a job! Also there is supposed to be approximately 40 stations there is 100 people in here at least to about 5 to 10 workers. Ladies in the front are rude! This is a Buisness if you don’t like your job find a new one…. Treat ppl with respect and decency! If it was their children’s first time getting a drivers license I’m pretty sure that they would like the experience to be more pleasant they need to treat people the way that they wanna be treated. Smh

the staff in the front desks was rude and very unprofessional…. It does not matter if you have a scheduled appointment you have to wait more than 1 hour! You only need the appointment to get a number to get to the window! It is suppose that if you have an appointment in times of covid it is to have fewer contacts and less grouping of people! Where is the Social distance? The stupidest appointment system I've ever seen!

I waited for an hour and a half just to be told I didn't have sufficient papers. Then the person in both 25 wanted me to give them a review which I told him no because we hadn't finished paperwork. Both 25 told a friend of his that was sitting next to me to please press the button. And I caught him and I told him that he was impersonating me and that was against the law that was a felony. I was truly disappointed by their actions. That was the first ticket then the second ticket I waited another hour and a half. I was in excruciating day just horrible but booth 13 was absolutely a delight so professional so delightful so sweet she worked above and beyond to resolve my problems. Thank you to booth 13 you deserve the five five star rating which I'm going to place right now***** thank you you made my day I walked out feeling different and feeling happy. So professional and your part. Now booth 25 gets only 1star rating.* due to the fact that he told the person that was sitting next to me in the other booth to press excellent work which is forgery of my person.. so now you know what's going on in the DMV. This occurred on the 4 day March 2019.. PS he told me I didn't have sufficient paperwork that it was against the law for him to do the paperwork without what he was asking for now it wasn't against the law for him to ask somebody else to press that button for him. Sometimes the law is Twisted to their convenience. Love to Hague on people.

If you're in the State of Florida Hillsborough County you can call the Hillsborough County Tax Collector or go online to their website check with the D M V as to what they need you to do.

You just need to know what services you are booking for, as there are different appointment calendars for different things. Fyi, even though you have an appointment time you will still wait when you arrive. The entire process for me was about 2 hours to get a new DL, registration, and title.

Well I'll give you a hint appointments are pretty good in a driving vehicle place but there is so much people you have to wait and they call it by numbers they don't call you by names you see that send an appointment but you have to be there way before everybody my best advice if you going to just get I renew or get your driver's license renewed a copy of it or anything go to the Town & Country Library the DMV goes there once a month call them up and see when they coming and it's lot easier smoother no wait nobody knows about this so call the Town & Country Library which is off of Paula Drive and Ambassador Drive give them a call find out when the DMV's going to be there and they'll let you know and you don't need to make an appointment you just walk to the second floor is big room and they'll take care of you tops 10 minute wait
