So I’m writing this review based upon my last experience here, but this location has consistently shown poor customer service. I recently went to pick up an order that I placed online. When I arrived to the store both associates were helping other customers so I went straight to the register, I figured they would likely figure I had a pick up order. After standing at the register for at least 10 mins no one had greeted me or asked how could they help, it was as if I wasn’t even there. At the minimum any customer should be greeted when walking into an establishment. Around 15 minutes one of associates finally acknowledged me, but stated she had to help someone else first. This person had to pick out their items and pay for them, so I had to wait through that as well. At this point I had probably been in there store 25 mins before I was assisted. The other associate had spent that entire time allowing customers to try on rings and chatting with them like their wasn’t other customers in the store that needed help. This was an entire joke. I genuinely hope that this location actually works with their associates and not only respond to these poor reviews “apologizing for our experience”. This location has killed the entire Pandora “experience” for me. Also, when someone has a pickup order we’ve already spent money on our orders, there should be no reason anyone has to wait 20 mins or more for an exchange that takes less than 5 mins.

One of the most frustrating experiences. I walk in the store in hopes to exchange a ring I was gifted from my Mother-in-law. When I walked in today there were two workers assisting customers. I decided to wait at the counter by the register and figured once one of them finished up I would be next. There are no signs directing you to stand in a certain area and wait your turn. The one worker finished up with her customer, she had previously acknowledged I was there so I know she was aware I was waiting there, and then an older couple walk in and she goes to assist them and ignores me. I though maybe it was a simple mistake, so I waited. She finished up with them and then went to a family of four, ignoring me again. She just continues to completely ignore my existence. I waited almost 30 minutes and she never looked my way or offered to help me. I felt invisible and wondered if something is wrong with me that they would help every other person in the store except me. After 30 minutes I was still not even close to being helped and my 10 month old was starting to fuss. I left extremely frustrated that i made the trip all the way over there for nothing. I will never return to this location. Still not sure if I will return to any location.
