Let me start by saying THANK YOU MELISSA!! Last year, my bf got me a gift for our half year (a necklace purchased at countryside Pandora) and it was perfect. I haven't gotten him one yet and we were in town in Orlando. I have bought a necklace for him with an engravement charm and one for me as well. In less than a month, his necklace and charm was turning black. We went to a different Pandora in hopes they can restore the necklace and they did their best at the time. The necklace was getting worse every month and he stopped wearing it. On my birthday, this year, he wore it and we went to the mall. We stopped at Pandora and they had this new machine for cleaning. We asked if they could do any cleaning and it took longer than last time. But the necklace came out perfect and looked more brand new than when we first got it! We thought maybe she replaced it while we weren't looking but she didn't. We were shocked and pleased with our experience I would come only here for help with their jewelry.

The Pandora at International Mall has been nothing but great to me! Not only do I always find what I’m looking for (I mean just look through the window, it’s not that hard lol), but the team is always helpful no matter what! They take their time in assisting customers with what they need and make sure you have fun while shopping. I’m a collector of Pandora jewelry for a long time now and I live in Clearwater.
