Had my order canceled 3 times because of inventory not having the item. Kay Jewelers does not update their websites resulting in orders being canceled AND having to wait on the refund for days. Do yourself a favor and order from a different jeweler or go into the store if you have the time.

We purchased 2 rings for over 6k. We were told since we spent so much they would waive the 20 percent required to finance interest free for 18 months. Our bill came and we are being charged hundreds of dollars in interest. The manager won't return our calls. Beware!!!! Update: My husband went to the store and spoke with the owner. Apparently the employee that rang us up did it incorrectly. She refunded the entire amount and recharged us correctly. Thank you for making it right!

Working for Jonathan has been a great experience for me! He has always been professional towards his staff and customers. Many times I will help customers who only want to work with him and are willing to wait for him because he has established such great rapport with them.
