Multiple diamonds falling out of ring and their response is “ bring it in and we will make sure we do it correct this time ” well this time would make it THE SECOND TIME they had to fix their mistakes and after publicly calling them out on my social media multiple people responded saying their diamond clasps on their chains are breaking and losing diamonds I WOULD NOT SHOP HERE THEIR WORK IS TERRIBLE… ——— RESPONDING TO OWNER ——— Louis is not my last name I’ve actually bought from you guys and we talk on Instagram with pictures and the full convo with you or your staff being on there… so don’t act like I’m over here making it up… People are driving two hours to come to your store just to have to make that same drive multiple times because your companies work is falling apart you won’t give refunds but “ you’ll make sure it’s done correct this time ” right……. Diamonds fell out before making it home on my two hour drive 🤣 and god forbid if your hood clientele used google review I’m sure you’d be a 3 star company if not less
