I was on the freeway when a random large piece of medal, ripped out my skid Plate from under neath my car. I was freaked out and called this jiffy lube to see if they could help me out. Gilbert very kindly said to come right in. I was literally in and out of there within one minute. The young lady I spoke to, with the dimples; gave me some wonderful information in regards to replacement options, and answered questions I had about future safety concerns. THANK YOU for your incredible service. I will be back for sure!!!

Got here before closing and the tech with the bread did not want to service my vehicle even though I arrived during operating store hours. Please adjust your hours. Just lost a repeat customer of 15 years plus.

I went in for an oil change and they were done in under 15 min, I did go right when they opened so that also helped. They were friendly, patient and helpful, plus I got a free car wash 😁
