Opened up our box of bagels and it was full of ants. Completely teeming with ants. We ordered through DoorDash even though we live four minutes from the store because we were trying to have a lazy Sunday. Did the ants come from the DoorDash delivery car in that short time? Or from a dirty kitchen? I called up to the store and the manager, Kevin, was dismissive and completely uninterested in helping to resolve the situation. He said it had to be the delivery car but our order arrived here in less than 7 minutes. He definitely did not seem concerned at all that it could be from his store. And I guess he’s okay with his product being delivered with bugs. We rarely go to this particular Einstein location because the customer service and wait times are always so bad but now we won’t even be ordering takeout from there. Now I have to get back to cleaning the ants in my kitchen. So much for a lazy Sunday.

30 minute drive thru wait. Counter guy was snarky when I ordered then asked me to "help a brother" and leave a tip. Bagel barely had any cream cheese. Definitely won't be going back

The food and coffee were excellent.. friendly service. After you order there is no real great place to wait and if you go outside for seating you cannot hear your name called when your order is ready is my only complaint.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! I don't know what they are doing in the back but it sure as hell isn't working. Not once have I received a correct order and considering you have to wait forever to even get your messed up order it's a surprise they are even in business. The only thing that they always make sure to do is overcharge you ($8 for a spinach Swiss mushroom bagel with garlic herb smear) and don't even put the smear on it. I wish the owners of this place would actually care about customer satisfaction but apparently nobody gives a bagel.

Same reason as me? Probably has something to do with the hateful woman at the window. Obviously, corporate does not know how awful it is to be a customer here.
Yeah, and when I said something to the customer, the manager Alex asked me to leave.
I don't think so.
Cooked bacon left out on the counter should be discarded after 2 hours.
