We asked for a quiet room, and were given one next to a very noisy elevator. They were willing to move us to another room, but not something anyone wants to do after already settling in for the evening. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable with a good breakfast.

The rooms were clean, the customer service was EXCELLENT!! After having a bad experience with the hotel next door, it was a breath of fresh air to come over to the Fairfield Inn because they were very accomodating and just all around kind & respectful. We were there due to a loved one being hospitalized at the near by hospital. They gave us the medical rate and the shuttle service carried us back and forth to the hospital all the way up to 11:00pm!! There is nearby eating places in walking distance which is very convenient especially if you don't have your own transportation. The interaction with staff was always professional and helpful. Due to what we were Going through with our loved one, we needed a place of peace and relaxation every night and Fairfield Inn did exactly this for us!! HOSPITALITY AT IT'S BEST!!

Hoping the main manager just had a bad day and isn’t rude to everyone like he was to us. Better training for office staff will be needed for sure. My room was wet and smelt of mildew on top of it. Might stay away from Marriott from now on.

It was a great stay! The staff was super nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed for a concert and they provided a complimentary shuttle! Saved us some money and time on parking & helped with reducing the amount of vehicles for the event. They replenished some breakfast items even close to the end! Whirlpool was not super hot though, still relaxing.
