From the first time we walked into the lobby we were greeted with fantastic customer service! We were there for several months and they made us feel right at home. Thank you Millie, Jordan, Channel and Muhammad you made our stay enjoyable and welcomed. Note: The hotel has great rooms, comfortable beds, laundry room, gym and pool.

King Suite was phenomenal. The staff was super friendly, especially the front desk lady. Rooms were very clean and comfy. Breakfast was very good. We had an amazing stay. Definitely going to book again when we visit Columbus in future.

Great staff and very accommodating. I was in need of a wheelchair for the day so my husband didn't have to stay in the hotel. They were so gracious to allow me to use one and it made our day in Columbus that much better. Also, the room was very clean!

The hotel is very clean and service is fantastic ! Rooms are exceptional for the price. The breakfast is nice in the morning before you leave for the day . Staff is willing to help with anything you may need.... with a smile ! Location is perfect and parking is easy. When I make my yearly trip to Columbus, it's the only place I'll stay. I can even reserve my favorite room ! Mr. Singh and his staff are the Best!
