It looks much nicer inside. Apple maps took us to the loading dock (just a warning). Our room was comfortable, clean, and safe. Our biggest issue was the low water pressure and 1/4 ply toilet paper. Also as a heads up this hotel doesn't have parking on its own. It offers valet service but we saved a lot by doing street parking on our own.

I wouldn't consider this a 4-star hotel, more like a 3-star. Our room was dated and the AC ran all night trying to cool off our 6th floor room. I don't think the room ever got to the 65 degrees that we set it on. We had breakfast at the restaurant and the food and service were great. My only complaint was paying $5 for a small glass of orange juice. The food prices seemed fair given the large portions. The fitness center was nice and clean with complimentary water. The "convenience store" isn't anything more than non-alcoholic drinks and nuts. Overall the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but nothing about the hotel was above average.

I'm sure in it's prime this was a nice 4 star hotel. It's definitely not 4 star anymore. Firstly, on check in, our concierge was completely dour, rude and plain unhelpful. We had issues with billing that could have easily been remedied, had she cared or taken the time to research in more detail. I would expect to be greeted with a welcoming smile, friendly demeanor, and maximum customer service. The room itself was dirty, dated and dark. Dust on everything, dirty coffeemaker with stale water in the tank, stains of unknown origin on the walls in the bathroom, dirty carpets, smelly room, and clogged sink. My traveling companion actually got locked IN her room due to a faulty door lock. Took 10 min and security to get her out. God forbid there was a fire. The elevators took on average 3-4 minutes to arrive on my floor. Aside from the Starbucks in the lobby, a nice lobby, and a serene space outside to sit, the only redeeming qualities left at this hotel, I'd never stay here again, nor recommend anyone else to stay here. As a note, I travel a lot and usually have low expectations. It's not often that I've been this disappointed.

A nice location. The staff is very friendly, but again, most amenities, including concierge lounge, are closed! The rooms are a little tired and in need of a face-lift! I can't complain much since they upgraded me to the presidential suite due to my highest status there. The saving grace was also their bar service, especially Nick, the bartender (reviewed separately under Plaza)

Parking located down the street in underground parking. Per hour parking, not inexpensive.
There isn't a white castles down town. The closet one i know of is the one in north high street close to 2nd
In what way do you want to eat Columbus. If you're looking for a variety of Columbus cuisine then you could check out Columbus food adventures website and sign up for one of the food tours they offer. Also Sheraton serves food.
Phone is too heavy.
Not pool. Breakfast and hordavours for club level or members. Otherwise it is our of pocket.
