After trying to book on the phone trying to get joining rooms failed, said they don't have them.i booked online after my confirmation it was 237$ higher so I canceled same night. They refuse to return my money saying it was a none refundable room .

Don't book an event here. The event staff are very clueless. After emailing and calling - leaving messages with them and not getting any response, I had to call the Hilton Diamond number to get hold of someone from the hotel. After confirming they received my email, they clearly did not read it as they gave me a ridiculous proposal which wasn't even close to what I was requesting. As a Hilton Diamond member I hate to say this but I ended up booking with the Marriott at Ohio State University who gave me above and beyond customer service. I can't give a fair review of their rooms here but I can definitely say, don't waste your time trying to book an event here.

Continental and full breakfast buffet as well as a la carte breakfast is available in the restaurant but is generally not included in the room rate unless a bed and breakfast package is purchased. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby.
Regretfully, the hotel does not have a spa.
No just 2 bottle's for your stay but you can get more at the front desk
No fireplaces but the rooms are still fantastic this hotel is best one to stay at downtown
COTA.com can provide further bus information including free circulator bus between Short North and German Village (does not go as far as as campus) as well as AirConnect shuttle between airport and hotel at 2.75 each way. There are also rental bikes and scooters all around town that are a fun option. About 2miles.
Why is parking not included with my stay. I'm paying almost $500 for two nights. That is ridiculous.

Hi Mary- Yes we do charge for parking. Self Parking is $28 a night and valet is $30. Make sure to let the front desk know if you self park so we can code your room key to allow in and out access to and from the garage!

Please be aware that there is a $50 deep cleaning fee (per stay, not per night) to accommodate the deep cleaning that occurs upon departure to ensure the room is perfect for future guests. Columbus in general is very dog friendly. There is a small pocket park on the corner of Nationwide Blvd plus Goodale Park a short walk away. (Fee does not apply for service animals.)

COTA provides a very convenient airport shuttle to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and all the downtown hotels, including the Hilton Columbus Downtown, for $2.75 each way. It is a great service! Departs every 30 minutes, 6am-9pm, 7 days a week. For more information and maps: https://www.cota.com/how-to-ride/airconnect/. COTA also offers a FREE shuttle service call CBUS that runs every 10-15 minutes between the Short North and German Village with a stop in front of the hotel. There are both Continental and full breakfast options for a fee. They are free for those with Hilton honors status
