Allow me to clarify....Gallerie Bistro located on the second floor does offer a full breakfast menu and buffet including a Continental option. It is not included in guest room rates. Complimentary Continental Breakfast is included with the Hilton Honors programs only for Gold and Diamond members.
Yes, but there is a charge. But for your money you get an impressive array of breakfast foods that are across the board high-quality and delicious. I very much like it.

Ditto on Corey and Kevin's answer. Food was good. Open at 7am the Saturday we stayed. I was hoping for a little earlier open.

No unfortunately there is not but there are many places within walking distance like the North Market which was a great place to visit.
