That's correct. They were able to extend late checkout until 1:30pm, but this will vary based on incoming check-ins.

Most Hilton Hotels have an 11 a.m. check out and 3 p.m. check-in or a 12 p.m. check out with a 4 p.m. check in. To my best recollection I believe this hotel has a 12 p.m. checkout and a 4 p.m. check in.
