Why is parking not included with my stay. I'm paying almost $500 for two nights. That is ridiculous.
Valet parking is $30/night and self-parking in adjacent garage which is accessible by both digital and room keys is $28/night. Both offer unlimited in/out privileges up to 5pm on day of departure. Both are accessible from hotels motor court entrance on High Street. Valet parking is beat value and most convenient as it is a very large self parking garage shared with the convention center. As in all urban center hotels, parking is not included as not all guests utilize this service and therefore shouldn't be charged. You are only charged if utilized. Additionally, in this case, we do not own the garage and simply act as a conduit in order to simplify the process for the guest.
No. You can use valet parking or DIY. I do DIY for around $20 per day - the room key card is used for going in/out.
