I enjoyed my stay overall. The room was pretty nice, a little bit dark though. I was disappointed that there weren't bathtubs but no big deal. The TVs apparently have a way for you to connect your device and stream to it but I could not figure that out at all. There weren't any hotel guides or area guides in the room, not a big deal at all but something that I always enjoy. A map of the hotel would have been handy since it took me a while to find the ice machine and other spaces. I was there for a conference and multiple people complained that they had no idea where to find the ice machine. Again, not a huge problem at all but it would be an easy little change to make life easier. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It is in a great location, nearby some of the best restaurants in the city, and I would stay here again.

Love the design of this hotel! It's next to the convention center with a food court below so that's convenient. The desk staff was very friendly, the room clean and quiet. The view is okay, but it's within quick walking distance to the Arena District and Nationwide Arena. It's the best place to stay in downtown Columbus.

Nice hotel with beautiful suites. We had VIP Suite with separate dining area, wet bar and city views. Very clean and well organized. Front desk staff very professional and very friendly. We came for the sporting event and loved the idea that hotel is actually connected with the venue so didn’t have to leave building to enter the convention center. Hotel itself had a restaurant and a bar with not that many options for dining, that’s probably only negative thing I would see but since it is located in the downtown, there were quite few places you could go to. Close to the airport, 15min drive which was very convenient. We used hotel car service which was very easy to book and they were also ready for us to leave when we were heading back to the airport. Overall great experience.

The team at the coffee shop was very sociable and made a great coffee. They had a very simple and easy breakfast buffet cause it was busy. The next day they had their regular menu. The staff were very nice. Stopped by the bar which was very busy but was made an excellent cosmo. Front desk staff were super knowledgeable!

They are Commercial Kuerigs. You get two different brews of coffee (4 pods) and two different kind of teas. (Regular tea bags)
Yep, front desk guy is great. They will give you a bag tag and even deliver to your room. Tip your bell boy!
I don't believe they do but you should call to make sure.

There may be only a small selections of Gluten free options in the hotel. But i know close to the hotel are restaurants that are more suited.
Easily. Think of any major American hotel corporation - Choice Hotels, Hilton, Marriott/Starwood... Hyatt is easily better than any of the competition, the Hyatt Regency especially! Everything within the hotels is very clean and well kept, mattresses are unbelievably comfortable. They have a good assortment of amenities, well at the very least most of the basics. Hyatt Regency is spectacular! Hyatt Place, on the other hand, is not bad at all, but not spectacularly great either. I say that because the Hyatt Place line, though satisfactory falls somewhat below the lofty precedent set by Regency. (Hyatt Place strikes me as more typical for a Choice Hotels brand.) No matter, I hold Hyatt in high regard as a corporation. No two Regency locations are alike. The architects who designed the downtown Columbus location masterfully laid out the entire hotel in a relatively small space, setting up an illusion of vast size and seamlessly fitting with the nearby convention center.
