Great room, fantastic staff and superb location. We experienced a power outage in the neighborhood and the staff was apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. The valet service was amazing. Everyone was helpful and friendly. This was my first time in Columbus. I'll definitely come again and stay here. Well worth it. Unique and fun decor too!

We cannot say enough great things about this hotel! Not only are they accepting of all races, genders, religions or anything, but they are also super dog friendly! The service has been fantastic from everyone on the staff and the location on High is perfect! The rooms are very standard but have fun decor and quality finishes and fixtures. We try to look for a Graduate hotel whenever we travel, especially if it is with our 🐶. Happily recommend all the time!

This hotel is very basic but expensive. The location was great and the staff were too, but the rooms were not. Though the rooms had a unique/original style, they were tiny. Also, they were so dark, we had to consistently use our phone's flashlight to see things. The ceiling was exposed concrete. When you pay 4 star prices, you expect a 4 star hotel. This is not. It's basically a small lobby and small rooms. For the amount you pay to stay here, it simply isn't worth it. If this hotel was half the cost, maybe.

My husband and I had the most amazing last day being in Cincinnati! Our original hotel wouldn't let us extend our days leaving us to find one before check out. I came across this gem and am so pleased that I did!! We love the esthetic and that it is pet friendly! Loved that down town was minutes away driving!! The staff were incredibly sweet and personable! I will definitely be staying here every visit I make to Cincinnati!!!!! Thank you staff of The Graduate hotel!!!!
