Bought a pair of boots 3 weeks ago.$260 . And now the sole is falling apart. Went back to the store and they strait out said we can't help you send it to the manufacturer or take it to a shoe repair and pay for it yourself. In my opinion that's terrible service. Once they get your money they threw with you. Terrible service. I would of been better off going to Walmart. Over priced and under service. I won't be going back money pit.

Fire season is here!! Needed Fire Boots asap and this was the only place that had any available. They have the classic from Whites the “SMOKEJUMPERS” but I wanted to try something different and went with Danner. These guys were great, they each had some input on helping me make my decision, I had to try on three different sizes and the representative didn’t show one ounce of annoyance and was really helpful. Also, don’t forget your “Fire Resistant Laces.” This will be my go to boot shop from now on. A+++

Hands down the best boot buying experience. I urgently need steel toe boots for my new job. Arrived at closing time and they were patient, helpful and tried a few boots without being rushed. I went with Thorogood. They even gave me a discount for being a union member. This is also where I get my Obenauf’s leather protector. I didn’t get their names but these guys r the best.
