The guy that takes your order is rude. When you ask what you want you get your order and you see hairs not animal hairs but black hairs.definitely will not go back this has been the second time this happened to me at this restaurant

I moved into the neighborhood and wanted to check them out. Customer service is bad. I even told her I was new the neighborhood and wanted try them out. Took the food to go. When I got home to my surprise the carnitas was prepackage. So they were cold and dry and hard. And my torta meat was precooked. I real never had food where food was precooked. Especially when I pick up from restaurants. I felt it was like I was buying food from a food truck. I will not be going there any more. I will drive to the city to get my carnitas fresh package hot and soft meat and even get a lil sample while wait. My meat cooked at the time I put my order. I real was disappointed. I miss my city restaurants.

The customer service is the worst that has touched me in the surroundings, The chubby lady with glasses is always angry, It seems that one asks on credit or as a gift She is very silly not realizing that they of the clients live, Therefore one deserves good treatment but it is something that she does not know They told me the food was good, but it wasn't. It's horrible and I will never buy from that place again. For your sake, the owners, try to change your manners towards the client and run away from Mrs. With the glasses, she is already menopausal. Stay at home to sleep
