Update: I think they solved their staffing issue as I’ve been going back without issues. And, I saw their recent health inspection on the wall with a 99/100 score, that’s reassuring. Updated to 4 stars. Food is good. Service is slow. It’s impossible to make an order online as it will let you create an order and then say they aren’t accepting orders. It’s just as bad trying to call in an order. I tried for over an hour an was never able to get through. I called the 8th street location to ask if the Main St. locations phone was out of service and was told they are short staffed so they do not answer their phone at that location for now. I agree with other reviews who think the food is good but the service just isn’t there, it could likely be due to staffing. It’s just not worth it right now. When the staffing and service improve I’ll for sure go again-it’s just a frustrating experience whether you’re dining in or trying to order to go. Find another location for now.
