No issues until Landmark Realty took over at the end of 2021. It took the front office over a week to fix the AC. During a heat wave when the daily temps were almost 100 degrees. I had to threaten legal action to get the fan to function, then a (very nice) guy shows up unannounced to fix the compressor (that was the issue from the beginning) a week later. Plus the pool is poorly maintained and their pest control company is awful. Just...be wary if you decide to move here. I'm only giving 2 stars for the nice man who fixed my AC

Don’t ever live here this is the worst management I’ve ever seen the staff doesn’t care about your living situation at all. They consistently will hang up on you if you have a problem and won’t do anything to fix it. Every part of this complex is run through third parties and they refuse to give the information for the companies for me to contract. I haven’t had air conditioning during two different heat advisory moments in the past month. Don’t live here I regret it.

When their negligence of landscaping upkeep resulted in a tree branch through my windshield, they refused to pay my insurance deductible. I was in a legal parking space in front of my boyfriend's apartment, called them the day it happened and multiple times between then and when I got my car fixed. 6 months later it still hasn't been fixed. The office has no communication with maintenance, so when our heat went out and maintenance came by before office hours had started, we were asleep. I woke up apparently a minute too late, spent hours waiting for no response. A fire alarm had to be turned off by a neighbor in July and hasn't been reset still. It is currently January of the next year. Fire department wouldn't even come turn it off or anything, says maintenance has the reset keys but they don't answer their phones. Overall the worst management company, the worst customer service, and they will do whatever they want to scam you. My boyfriend had tried to set up autopay, but his bank account wasn't recognized. 8 months later, after he'd been doing money orders every month, they attempted auto pay again and charged us hundreds for a bounced check they never got authorization for as they never cleared his bank account. This company is absolutely appalling and I wish you luck if you attempt to move to their apartments.

Absolutely the worst apartment complex to live in. We have called maintenance twice about the leaking and no one has came out to investigate the issue. Tonight, idk if a pipe broke, but it sound like it’s raining in the apartment. I wish I can post videos to hear audio. We ended up having to call fire department to fix the problem.

I think they do, but I'm not sure how long ago it has to be...I know you will have to pay more down at lease.. it's worth asking about for sure. I hope that helps a bit.
We are located in two different school districts through out the community. Part of the community falls into the Martin City /Grandview School District & the other half falls into the Red Bridge Elementary/Center School District.
My rent is $650 plus water...The deposit is like $250, however depending on your credit you might have to pay a last months additional rent.
It's the 4th of July...when did animals become more important than people.
