This apartment complex is in a great location with a very attentive office staff and maintenance team. As a resident, my maintenance requests always get resolved the day of, even when they had to replace my whole washing machine. The whole office staff really cares about the residents and they always remember me when I come in. They even ask me how my pup is doing, while offering me complimentary treat baggies and waste disposal bags. I will definitely be a long-term resident here.

Let me tell you that I have never had the pleasure of working with so many kind, easy going, organized wonderful women and gentlemen in this complex. Jamie, Caitlin, Karen, Sara, Ashly and all the maintenance guys are absolutely amazing. You are lucky to be living in the awesome complex!!

Going on my third lease renewal with this property and couldn’t be happier with the community and staff here! Caitlin in the office always goes above and beyond when we have any request or questions. I never have to wait long for a reply wether it be requesting info on upgrading to a larger space or placing a maintenance ticket. They also bring in local food trucks and are always handing out little gifts to residents around holidays and special events that they have. The dog park is an awesome amenity and atmosphere. It’s the first apartment complex I’ve lived at where you actually know your neighbors names and the staff remembers and greets you by name as well. They may never get me to move :)

This place looks great on the outside but it’s not what is seems on the inside. I was excited to move in after seeing the showing but quickly realized that they only show one unit for a reason. The other units do not look as updated as that one does. I’ve been here since July and I currently pay $960 for rent for a one bedroom that is not at all the same quality as the apartment showing. There have been several maintenance request from the missing and strayed carpet.. the mold on my window seal which I’ve had to do two maintenance request at this point for because the window is not sealed properly and it keep freezing on the inside and melting or when it rains it must come in slightly . I believe that’s it’s happened for some time too because of the amount of mold build up from residual moisture.The air conditioner was broken for several weeks and took at total of 6 maintenance request to fix completely during the summer weather. I also am going to need to put in another request soon because whatever paint or tub sealant they use is peeling off at the drain. The work done to list this apartment as luxury is done poorly and not worth the money. Unless they have better housing available, I will be relocating when my lease is up. The people are nice but the quality of these apartments are not worth the money. It’s been one thing after another I feel like since I moved in. I’ve attached some photos for reference from my apartment.
