It was mice infestation over there I just moved from there last year a mouse was in my place the 2nd week it was a nightmare from there... It took me a while to write I still have flashbacks I give a negative 100 I was traumatized...I have a whole papertrail of complaints even had the City/Health Department come out and they found old mouse evidence everywhere... The neighbors over told me they had saw 20 mice and their place was kept in bad condition their blinds were tore up and according to pest control and maintenance. The property manager didn't do housekeeping checks, people blinds were/are tore up over there and they have clutter on their back porches. It has declined over the years. I was forced to move out, the mice started downstairs then came upstairs I considered them aggressive mice. No one did anything out the way to accommodate me... The mice were traveling from other units no matter how you kept up your place it's infested and needs to be tore down. My place was clean I have all kind of pictures and video and maintenance and pest control can vouch for that. That's one of the neighbors blinds it's several of them like that BEWARE!!!

When we first found this apartment complex, we were very happy. We toured a 3 bed/2.5 bath unit right across the street from the leasing office. It was set up with three floors. The first two bedrooms were on the second floor and the third bedroom was alone on the third floor with the kitchen and half bath on the first floor. We ultimately went ahead with the lease because of the unit shown, the agent, Tyla, that helped us, and because of the price that it was being rented for. However, it was all a fluke. When move in day came, we were given a unit that was set up different; this actually wasn’t that big of a deal because we didn’t need a third floor anyways. The problem was that my roommate spotted roaches the same day that she moved in. We didn’t think anything of it because, at the time, a couple of roaches wasn’t an infestation. This was definitely not the case. Over the course of a few days, the roaches came out full force. They were in cabinets, on the counters, on the floors, etc. We communicated these problems with the leasing office and they told us that pest control comes out every month, but they would have them out ASAP. They came, sprayed, and nothing came of it. The roaches were still there. We purchased Boric Acid and placed it around the base boards all along the first floor. It didn’t seem to be helping. This issue lasted around six months. When we finally seemed to be rid of this problem, the rodent issue began. We noticed mice droppings underneath our kitchen sink. We reported the problem immediately to the leasing office. They stated that the mice may be coming from our neighbors. At the time our neighbors had moved out a few weeks prior, but even still..we took that under consideration after being told they would have someone out to see what was going on. The leasing office had maintenance place sticky traps all over the first floor. The issue with this is that when a mouse gets stuck on one of those it takes a few days for them to die of dehydration. Like most animals that are hurt, the mice would be stuck in those traps for days unless you put them out of their misery. That shouldn’t be something that a resident who pays rent ON TIME and IN FULL faithfully every month should have to do. This went on for the remainder of our lease. The leasing office switched from saying the rodents may be coming from our neighbors to it being from construction that was happening in the area. Said construction was taking place a block up the street and if that was the problem, how did they come from there to our unit...? Why would they come to our unit and not the units that were located directly across from the construction..? No one knows. I spoke to multiple people. The Manager, Monica (who can be very rude and talks over you), the assistant Manager, Trichelle (I may have incorrectly spelled her name), and two or three different people from the corporate office. Nothing really came from these calls, but a paper trail. The people from corporate knew me on a first name basis and sympathized with these issues. We had to live with mice for well over four months and all the leasing office did was come out, evaluate where they were coming from, and laid out more sticky traps. Critter Control told me that they thought they were coming from a tiny space between our cabinets and the wall, but Monica swore that they weren’t sure where they were coming from. Rent was still due the first of the month and Monica stated that “they were doing all that they can.” I feel that a lot more could have be done, but they simply did not care enough. No one offered to move us to a different unit, no one offered to take anything off of our rent, they just kept trying to produce more reasons that the mice might be coming into our apartment. I find it disgusting that they treat their rentors like this. I saw Critter Control go from my apartment to another unit across the street from mine....this is a bigger issue and the Health Department needs to do something about it. Please don’t let them get you too. (July of 2019)

Here's my story...I visited the property last fall as it was on my list for potential places to move and raise my family. Not too expensive yet a very decent place to live. At least that's what I assumed after going on a tour of the property with Faith. I was in the market for a 2bedroom townhome. The unit Faith showed me was very nice. I was satisfied. The next day I provided the staff with my security deposit. On the day of move in and lease signing I was placed in a completely different unit than what was shown to me. On the day of the move in my movers and I killed a total of 5 roaches. I immediately went to the office to report the problem. I was told that the unit has been vacant for a long period of time and that's the reason I see the roaches. I've never had a pest/bug problem so I took their word for it. That same week the office sent in blue beetle to spray. Blue beetle came in about once per month to spray. Throughout time I noticed the problem was not solved. I began seeing roaches inside of my dresser drawers. Crawling all over my clothing and under clothing. DISGUSTING! I washed ALL my clothing and cleaned out the drawers with soapy bleach water AND sprayed home defense bug spray that I purchased from home depot.I notifed the office of this as well. Again they sent in blue beetle to spray. However, the problem still persists. Then I began seeing them crawling on my bed canopy and ultimately dropping into my bed! After that my children and I left. We could no longer try to live in such an unhealthy and toxic environment. So we left. Stayed gone for a month and a half. Meantime, the office had blue beetle come and do what's called a cracks and crevice treatment. Before we came back home i scrubbed the ENTIRE unit from top to bottom baseboards, walls, ceilings, banisters, window seals etc. Turned the heat off and left the windows cracked upstairs because bugs dont like cold air. We decided it should be okay to go back home and immediately we saw roach activity. In 2 days I killed 15 roaches. I report this to the leasing office, the health department, and MHDC. The leasing office, Trichelle specifically said that "your neighbor is the problem". Which let me know the entire strip of townhomes on this side is INFESTED with roaches. I was also told that they do not have any available units that I can transfer to and that I should look at moving! Which i TOTALLY am!!!! Attached will be several pictures of the conditions inside my unit. I'm up at 4am at this very moment because of a roach in the bed with me and my 1yr old son. This has been a very long and traumatic experience for my family. My 1yr old has been hospitalized twice for bacteria infections that we are CERTAIN came from the residual of roaches. I do NOT recommend this property to anyone. It needs to be completely remodeled!! There is no solution for permanently getting rid of the roaches. As the ONLY permanent solution offered to me was to move...smh...also for anyone out there that did not know this..me because I just recently learned it myself...if u have recently moved into a unit and u notice a pest problem YOU DO NOT have to take possession of that unit!!!!!!! Wish I knew that then.

They only have a two bedroom available at the moment. But Chris, the area is nice, but the actual apartment is small. I like a bigger kitchen and bathroom myself... Especially for that price... But to answer your question..... No....
