The day i was supposed to get my keys and move in the health department shut them down and they still havent returned my 20p dollar deposit to me and this took place in august 2021. I went up there several times even spoke to corperate twice and they said that they would mail me a check. Well i never got it and now they want me to have a reciept of my money order when they have all of that in my file they had for me. I really want my money money back . stonegate robbed me for 200 dollars. How are people getting away with this ?!!!

I currently live here and so far it has been a good experience. They have addressed my issues all beside taking my closet door without telling me and still hasn't replaced it I live in a townhome and haven't had to deal with any bugs or mice thank God!.. staff could be better at answering the phones.. ill update halfway through my lease

They are nasty and didn't want to fix anything or get rid of the pest. I had ants so bad you caused them in the carpet don't get me started on the mice

I have to leave a 5 star review for how impeccable the customer service is from the great staff Kemi, Demond, Ken, Nick and Mr. Calvin. From the time I met them, they have addressed any all concerns in a professional & timely manner. They made me feel welcomed, listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. They are doing all they can to make the community as homely as possible and have been patient with the resident’s and their concerns. They are working diligently to address any and all issues within the property to the best of their abilities. Kudos to you all, a job well done and I’m happy to have met and to do business with a management company that cares. 😊

Not long at all after you do your application it may take 3to5 business days for everything to come back. I got my keys in less than two weeks.
A 1 bedroom I believe is 620 and a 2bedroom it depends if your getting 1 bathroom and 1/2 bathroom you would have to call them to get exact pricing what I do know is that you only pay lights in the apartments

I do not suggest anyway live at these apartments. The conditions are horrible and the grounds are trashy.
