Looks like a pretty decent apartment complex they have a lot of potholes in the parking lot

High crime, noise, management not trustworthy. Do not recommend. My son died in an apartment here trying to take a shower. No grab bars, slippery tub contributed to his death. Management unsympathetic. Beware.

I’ve lived here for a while and I’ve seen a bunch of new staff come and go throughout the years. The staff is rude every time. I called to clarify something with the office about a flyer that was handed out. Katie answered and told me the flyer clearly says June 28. Well, that is not technically the date for my building it was July 27, I thought I read it wrong and wanted to clarify. I ran into two neighbors who were elderly and were confused also. Katie was rude for no reason. They send out flyers all the time not being specific. Like the flyer for power washing. Two buildings got their personal belongings thrown out. Some even had custom things made for their doors. If two buildings got all their stuff thrown out, then CLEARLY the flyer was misleading. I feel each tenant should be reimbursed due to lack of clarification from the office staff. They sent out flyers then took OVER A MONTH to actually do it. So technically nobodies stuff should of been thrown out. So today, the whole entire complex is being fixed for potholes. This is great however there was no way to get to my building besides walking. There’s many elderly people who are unable to do this. This project should of been spread out throughout the week. I get why they wanna do it all at once. However it’s inconveniencing a lot of people. I’ve sat outside and watched many people talk to the tow man, confused. Every year this happens. So less rude staff and better flyers would be appreciated. Oh and corporate will NEVER call you back, no matter if you call or email them with concerns. Other than the constant rude staff and lack of clarification on flyers sent out, this isn’t a bad place to live. I just wish they wouldn’t inconvenience people the way they do. It’s not fair, especially to the tenets who are elderly.

I lived here for 4 yrs and was added to the list of people that wanted a first floor Apt my 3rd year. The office staff told me "I" had to call and remind them that I wanted one and all the while they were renting them out to the general public. I ended up having to move away from my home. After doing so they slapped me with a bill for replacement of the carpet when it needed done so from normal wear and tear, from the manager's own words. I had several friends who had moved out who were charged for complete carpet replacement after only being there a couple of years and couldn't believe Clay Terrace's practices or how they even had gotten away with doing so. Though since my son had stained his in his room they charged me for complete replacement of the bill. Ever since corporate mngt came in and fired the entire staff, the office staff was rude, untrustworthy and dishonest.

Very rarely. Because they are clean and fairly nice but income based. Income based don't move out often
