Very nice place to live!! They keep this place very clean, office staff goes above and beyond to make sure the onboarding process is smooth and hassle free and even after on boarding they are very responsive and informative on any questions or concerns you might have! (For example)I had a light bulb out in my unit they responded less then 24 hours!!! I highly recommend two light!!

Price of rent is insane for what you get and for what they “allow” you to do.. For $3800+ we get a small but nice spot sure, but can’t bring guests to the pool, take photos on the patio, get a dog area that has grass (currently has wood chips..?), or take advantage of the common areas without explicit permission from management. And did I mention… as a tenant you aren’t allowed to park in the public area of the parking garage without ticket from KCPD unless you’re lucky. We were explicitly told we WERE allowed to park there initially upon touring and applying. It’s laughable at this point. I could go on… Only reason it wasn’t 1 star is because the apartment itself is nice and the maintenance team is timely with maintenance requests. EDIT: CHANGED TO 1 STAR DUE TO THE NEW RULES STATING THAT NO DELIVERY, FOOD OR OTHERWISE IS ALLOWED TO DELIVER DIRECTLY TO YOUR DOOR

When choosing a place to call home there are several important factors, for me that is. 1. Safety — that was my number one and I have been so pleased. 2. The location, although I love all the districts in our city, this is my favorite. Easy access on the highway. Hugged by the crossroads and Power & Light — what more could you ask for living downtown? Let’s not forget all the concerts next door at T-Mobile, that was a huge plus for me. Lastly, in my opinion Two Light has the best 360 views of Kansas City. Prove me otherwise. 3. This one is tied between the actual property/amenities and the team that maintains its excellence! Hands down impressive. I’ve lived here for 11 months now and promise I wasn’t paid or even asked to right this post. It’s just how much I’ve enjoyed it! 4. I’ve met a ton of awesome neighbors and now great friends! #bonus

No. Water, trash, are billed through two light. Electric you setup. Same with internet. Parking spot is also extra.
It very much depends on the unit you choose, as well as the unit/floor amenities.
What she said. If there are concerts going on at P&L, you can here it, but that said, most of that takes place on Friday and Saturday nights. Weeknights are pretty quiet around here.
