It took a month for them to arrange an estimate. We were told someone would contact us within two business days. We had to call and email multiple times and finally someone came. The gentleman said he’d be at our home between 5-6pm he called at 445 and said he’d have to leave within 5 minutes as no one was home. I told him my partner would be there shortly and pointed out that he had said between 5-6pm. He did his measurements and left, taking about 8 minutes. This was for a living room and a stair case. We received our estimate 7 days later for $8500! I’m reviewing the estimate the installer inflated our measurements by 100sq ft. He indicated we needed a sub floor, which was not true and had an abundance of instance “miscellaneous dumping fees” and “sub floor prepping fees”. It was completely outrageous. When I contact LL to advise them they had no interested in remedying the situation, they passed the buck to there out sourced installing company, who did not respond to emails. We ended up getting a new floor installed the next week by a small business for less the half the LL estimate and the experience was wonderful, professional and easy. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.
