Tell your aides to get off the phone while on the clock !! Excel has really gone down hill , how sad.

The HHA are great, most of them are very caring and do a fantastic job taking care of their clients. However it's obvious they are not treated well by their employer. Dealing with Excel is a headache and that is putting it mildly. They constantly cancel and change schedules and are rude to long term clients who deserve consistency and care. It's unfortunate this place can't get their management figured out, they would be better off for it.

Excel was incredible! We called with a very urgent care need and within one day they set up home services to help us through one of the most challenging times people experience in their lives….we had the incredible gift of caregiver Christina who lived only a few miles away….so competent, caring, thoughtful, kind & professional…Excel Nursing services was a blessing at a time when one one sorely needed!

Office staff is extremely unprofessional and condescending. They would greatly benefit from customer service courses. They DO NOT offer a fair wage.
