I made an appointment on the website and then it was changed to 20 minutes later but that was no problem. I have a swollen tonsil on right side and a sinus infection for 2 weeks now. The PA in charge came in after about 20 minutes of waiting in the room and said she doesn't think I have a sinus infection and asked if I was Covid tested. I said no. She was not happy about that and had someone Covid test me. I said I don't have Covid. She sent me home with no meds and I am still sick with a sinus infection and tonsil pain and headache. Covid test was negative. Not everything is Covid! People can get other illnesses. And I don't know how someone can tell me that I'm not sick with a sinus infection when I get them once or twice per year. You know your own body. I pay out of pocket for my urgent care visits and now I have to go to another facility and pay again! Hopefully when I call there she will call in the meds but I doubt it! Waste of time and money. It's so frustrating.

This is the second time I have gone to that urgent care and they refuse to even check me. Is it because I am Hispanic cuz a white lady showed up and they saw her. Hippi law state that even if u don't have insurance they can not turn u down.

I called and set a time for my daughter X-ray. Filled out pre registration actually easy! Waiting 5 minutes and she came right out! No problems
