My husband has been lovingly and compassionately cared for at Life Care of Wilbraham for three years in their long term nursing unit. Having cared for him at home for five years I needed to place him in a “ just like home” environment to feel good about placing the love of my life. Our care for each other is fifty years in the making and I found the perfect place! Staff are excellent, well trained and responsive to his needs care plan. He has actually thrived in this environment and he is happy because his needs are met. I actually began employment there to be near him and I have as much access as possible which is reassuring. I can honestly say in all the time I haven’t been disappointed once. LifeCare is family with all the support needed to get through the stages of long term care. I am and will always be indebted to my Life Care family. This family shows up without fail. I know this will be his final home and I couldn’t be happier with the care, services, accommodations, love, compassion, and excellence of staff. Well done LifeCare! Thanks for the peace of mind.

I personally had the worst experience of my life saying goodbye to my grandfather because of the complete lack of compassion or empathy from his nurse Laura!!!!! Not Only that, my daughter is currently taking the EMT program and has encountered that lady twice before. Both times, her demeanor was very negative. He's been there for two days now and he said she's seen him twice. My heart is SO HEAVY I'm shaking right now. I'll will definitely be speaking to the others about this situation that occurred. No one should have to go through that especially on daintiness death bed as my granddaughter was in tears pouring his heart out to me... For the first time!!!

My mother in law recently transferred from another nursing home, in the near vicinity, to Life Care of Wilbraham. Our family is extremely pleased with the care and services she is receiving here. The staff is highly organized. exceptionally dedicated, caring and compassionate. Everyone pitches in to create an inclusive environment to insure all appropriate services and care are provided. The communication we receive is excellent. We would highly recommend this nursing home facility.
