While at this facility my mother moved forward in her wheel chair. She was unattended not strapped in fell out of the chair and ended up braking her neck. She at that time was 90 years old. The explaination was under staffing. My experience made me very concern for her well being. I was told I couldn't ask any questions about her care even though I was her daughter, I was not her health care proxy. A incompetent individual with a second grade IQ was in charge of her. I lived approximately 65 miles away once I visited this facility it was clearly evident not enough staff. Dirty depends, lack of drink and food. I wouldn't leave my dead rat in there care. I spent traveling 120 miles round trip for 8 weeks. My only regret is I couldn't move her.

I love the nurses and some are the aides are helpful not all Tracy Rn They go out and beyond Alesha amazing too Sean night time nurse is very helpful at night Angelina the aide is awesome when it comes to my care Theresa is too and Kathrine and Yolanda aides are awesome and therapy worked with me and got me walking again a big thanks to them avera and Elizabeth are awesome anyways I don’t have complaints of the therapists I had Sarah ot as a ot therapist she really helped me thank you all Them I had a good experience the food is not good but the ones I named are the ones they were awesome to me Sarah aide Gwen and Karen they are awesome too and Lucy the nurse 💗and Jocelyn and Amanda amazing nurses social worker when I have a question she blew me off a couple times i hope the new one would work with me good and the director of nursing listen to me and the admistrator help me to and hear me out too I don't have nothing bad to say they do listen if you are a understanding person Dori and Rich try they're best to have patients comfortable thanks everyone
