My wife and I have been here several times. It's never been crowded and care has been excellent. It's better than other Prompt Cares in the system we've visited. I have no complaints about the staff or my treatment there.

I’ve been waiting for over an hour just to get a COUGH checked on. I’d hadn’t eaten so I went to the vending machine to get a snack and my snack got STUCK. So I told the ladies that my snack got stuck and I was just told call the number on the vending machine. Then I was told on the phone that my money would be mailed to me. I wont even receive the refund until later and I did not get my snack. I will not be returning to this prompt care ever. 0/5 stars

I came here for a rapid Corvid test and it took one hour to get out. Don’t recommend this place for the corvid testing.
