Ever since this new ownership has taken over they have been slowly changing things around for the better and the maintenance man Jason he's the best if you tell him you have a problem and put in the work order he will come and fix it Right no tearing things apart and leaving for weeks it's fixed that day or the next with new proper equipment no rigging stuff up like the last owners crew as long as he's here I will be here pay that man what he deserves he's definitely the best.

They never pay your deposit back. Even if they inspect the apartment ( everything was perfect) they will.promise to send your deposit back. But they will never do. Then I was told that the management was changed and the new one can't do anything for me. . . .

I have been here 4 years my hall way carpet has been drenched off and on, my bathroom lights hallway and refrigerator light was off. It took them a week or two because I kept talking to gina and she said she would do something, but never did. The manager at that time finally answered and got it taken care of. They did switch my garbage disposal, but the other one doesn't work now. I am section 8 and because of their care for tenants and laziness I have to move in the Winter. Security doesn't come around you have to call them. I was told the reason they dont fix anything is because they dont have the money to do so.
