They sent a letter to the accused abuser and broke confidentiality. Not safe. If you do not want your abuser to know do not go here. They send the abuser an "automatic letter" and on it there is the report date and the law enforcement department contacted.

You'll more than likely need an ID, if not two forms of ID. You can get an ID from the MVA for around $30, but you'll need your social security card, birth certificate, and green card, if you are not a natural born American citizen.
No it's for actual women not men in need of deep psychiatric treatment.
I have seen second hand things in the donations. I would call tomorrow to be safe though.
She would need to go to C.A.C. COMMUNITY ACTION COUNCIL. First thing when they open, but good luck with their help. Hagerstown Housing Authority. Wait lists though. Washington Gardens, but its not a great neighborhood complex.
