Absolutely worthless. Don't waste time calling. No one answers, only an operator who barely speaks English answers and asked why you're calling. I give them a reason they say call someone else when it's regarding a check issued by the comptroller of md. Terrible service. And I'm pretty sure I'm just out money now

Ask for a meeting. Made us sit out in the lobby and didn’t help. Kept trying intimidate me saying they were going to take my license away if I don’t pay. I don’t live in the state at all. Persons name was Karen. Didn’t give us any explication why we owed so much and over heard Karen saying that she was just going to give us our bill and start payments without any questions asked. They acted like they didn’t want us in the building from the start even through we set up a appointment for 40 mins and only got 5 from them.

They are very pleasant and try their best but ultimately you end up dealing with someone somewhere....far away....

This office has friendly staff but that is about it. I took something in there to fax to the main office for my refund and they said they would take care of it and gave me the copies to show I did it. Waited a month and still nothing. When I called the 800 number they said I still needed to provide the copies I had already given. This office did not do what they said and they updated my info saying I came in with just the paper saying what was needed. They have extended the process for me by months! I am very frustrated and upset with the care I have gotten from locals. The home office has been great however!
