Convenient location for Beverly Hills area, but parking is a head ache for those who use car. It is always big line here, so plan your day in the way you can spend here at leas 30 minutes to wait for your turn. USPS associates are friendly but fulfill their duty as if it is obligation not a job. I rate the place 4 out of 5 to give some credits to the facility, their ranking is 1.8 stars now. Hope they will take appropriate steps to improve service. Thank you USPS, you are my heroes especially during COVID-19.

ok talking about making things more complicated. I been trying to retrieve my package since Aug 5th and postal ppl wont redeliver bc they cant seem to find a secure place when all of bigger mailboxes are empty back in my residence. I was told to send someone to retrieve with just the tracking number and the person i sent was told they cant. So USPS wont redeliver n wont allow to provide my package to the person I sent so wth?

Terrible Rude,Rude,Rude Service..Rush you off like your a piece of trash.. They don't know basic post office info. I had to get information on tracking from another customer because the "customer no service representative" had no clue. Do not go here. Go to any other mail service but here. You would think in Beverly Hills at least the Post Office would put there employees through some kind of customer service training, but no..so far. So sad our tax dollars are being spent so poorly.
