I have a PO Box and due to short staffing they send all packages back to West Hollywood for sorting. Then they take 1-2 days or even more sometimes, to sort and put notice in box. 3-4 days total from “available for pickup” then you have to wait in line with your slip behind people who don’t understand how mail works for in some cases over an hour. If you understand how mail works though, the staff are nice.

The rudest clerks ever. Zero respect or attention for customers. I was trying to simply ask a question if I should leave a prepaid label package or if I needed to scan it or do anything else. The clerk without even bothering to make an eye contact snapped at me “I’m in the middle of something!” I replied “okay no problem, I’ll go to another location” and heard as her yelling “do as you please!” as I was walking out .. Unacceptable. Very poor customer service.

Everytime I go in here, the ladies at the front desk are so sweet and helpful (even if I come in at 4:55pm). I don’t know about what the other reviews are suggesting, as this is a post office and you will need to wait in line just like everyone else. They also have an automated postal station which never has a line, so maybe try that next time 🙂
