Overall great place to live. The leasing lady miss Elizabeth is awesome jeeps me informed on cold weather and tips on what we should do. Always informs me when the maintenance guy is going to be in our unit fixing up small problems. Couldn't ask for a better place to live than dealing place apartments !

Do Not Rent from these crooks! They charged us $495 after we moved out and we are old folks and didn't tear nothing up. Save yourself some future expenses and rent elsewhere. They are very unfair. We told them about our front window being cracked so bad we couldn't open it when we moved in and they never fixed it.

I dont work there I have good friend who works there . I think it may depend on reasons. I'm not sure but have heard that rental info now is private so they cant pass judgment on your pass rental . I know they were passing that . Nori apartments North KC does.

Thats because they dont know how to do their job. I hope you found somewhere better to live.
No one bedrooms they are all two bedrooms. You pay water with rent, then lights and gas. All 2nd floor( no third) all have balconies. The first floor has patios.
