Not worth moving here. Took over a year for facilities to fix the air conditioning and 3 months to fix our shower that continued to leak and the drain would continue to get clogged. Also the pavement/roads are filled with huge potholes. To the point where my car tired popped from hitting one of the many many potholes. Told management over a two months ago nothing has been done. Also the gym has several broken machines for months. There is nothing luxury about this place. They will write you a ticket or tow your car for expired tags but make no attempts to fix their own issues. Don't waste your money!

Overall it is an okay place to live. You pay for “luxury” prices but honestly the apartments could use some updating such as the kitchens!! They have maintenance staff issues so I understand they do the best that they can! The ladies in the office are always so nice!

We have been residents at Carrington Park for 4 years now and have really enjoyed the apartment. The property is quiet and feels very homey. The amount of space we have is fantastic. If ever we have a maintenance issue, the team is quick to respond and fix it and follow up. Ashley in the front office is great to work with. She is very attentive and personable. She provided great support recently when we had an issue with a neighbor and does everything she can to make sure our need are met.

I love Carrington Park Apartments. Ashley in the office is professional and responsive to inquiries. She is also friendly and knowledgeable about the options and is kind enough to walk you though the leasing/renewal process even when I have lots of questions. The maintenance is also excellent. I had an issue with the A/C not cooling and they promptly fixed the issue. The property is beautiful and quiet. I work remotely now and it so nice to have a wonderful environment to work in.
