I love living here! I have been living in this community for about three years now. I love the staff that works for this apartment complex. The maintenance supervisor makes sure that my apartment was in good shape and ready for my move in. I do not have to worry about anything being broken or out of service for days because they are good at completing their work orders ON TIME! Not like other properties I have lived for! Jessica the property manager is such an amazing person and she treats her residents like family! My move in ran so smooth, there was no issues and every piece of information was accurate. BRING ON MORE RESIDENT EVENTS!! I love these event because we get to meet our neighbors and have such a great time in these events. Love living at Springhill Apartments. I see myself living here in the next 5 years.

Concerned Persons

Jessica is very friendly! I don’t like dealing with anyone else in the office. Maintenance always shows up right after I call something in I love that! Apartments here are not bad for their age. Only negative I’ve seen is leafs building up in piles around carports and sometimes trash by the dumpster. Overall I would really recommend Springhill Apartments.
